1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return or exchange only if:
· The item received is damaged, defective, or not working properly.
· The wrong product was delivered.
· The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
· The product must be unused and in original condition.
· Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included.
· Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, power fluctuations, or physical damage are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
· Products with broken seals or missing accessories.
· Installed or used products.
· Special order/imported items.
· Clearance or discounted sale items.
· Software, memory cards, hard drives, or consumable items.
3. Warranty Claims
Most products come with official brand warranty or checking warranty as mentioned on the product listing/invoice.
Warranty does not cover:
· Physical damage
· Water/fire damage
· Voltage fluctuation damage
· Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Warranty claims are processed according to the brand’s official service policy.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are only applicable if:
· Replacement stock is unavailable.
· The order cannot be fulfilled.
· A verified defect is confirmed by our technical team.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
HIGH TECH ELECTRONICS reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product delivered is incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
7. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected by our technical team before approval. HIGH TECH ELECTRONICS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
