Storage Device Warranty Policy

Storage devices including Hard Drives (HDD), Solid State Drives (SSD), Memory Cards, USB Drives, and NVR/DVR Surveillance Hard Disks are covered under supplier or manufacturer warranty only.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

· Our official warranty sticker attached to the product packaging will serve as the warranty card.

· The warranty period is clearly mentioned on the product invoice or product page at the time of purchase.

· Customers must safely retain the following items for any warranty claim:

1. Complete product packaging

2. Original purchase invoice

3. Product itself in proper condition

· Warranty claims will be processed in Karachi and may be handled via courier service depending on the case and product type.

Important Note

· Warranty will be void if the product is physically damaged, tampered with, or misused.

· Warranty will also be void if the customer loses original packaging or warranty sticker is removed or damaged.

· HIGH TECH ELECTRONICS is not responsible for data loss in any storage device. Customers are advised to keep regular backups.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the technical team or supplier.
