1. Nationwide Delivery

We offer delivery services all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery time may vary depending on the city and product availability.

Estimated delivery time:

· Major Cities: 2–4 working days

· Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery service is available on selected products and locations.

For high-value orders or bulk quantity purchases, advance payment may be required before order processing.

3. Advance Payment Policy for COD Orders

To avoid fake orders and shipment losses, HIGH TECH ELECTRONICS reserves the right to request partial or full advance payment on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Advance payment may be required in the following cases:

· Orders above a specific amount

· Bulk or wholesale orders

· Special imported items

· Orders from remote delivery areas

· Customers with previous order cancellation history

Orders requiring advance payment will only be processed after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Order Verification

Our team may contact customers via call or WhatsApp for order verification before dispatch.

Orders that remain unverified may be automatically cancelled.

6. Damaged or Open Parcels

Customers are advised to check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please contact us immediately.

HIGH TECH ELECTRONICS is not responsible for damages reported after acceptance of the shipment.
