Return Parcel Video Requirement
For any return, exchange, missing item, or damage claim, customers must provide a complete parcel opening video as proof.
The video must:
· Start before opening the package
· Clearly show the shipping label and sealed parcel
· Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or pauses
· Clearly display the issue or damaged item
Claims without a proper parcel opening video will not be accepted.
